UV FLEXO - CUREFLEX

To meet the increasingly demanding needs of UV Flexo printing, Iconix Inks offer the Cureflex range of inks. The dilemma most often faced with UV Flexo inks is the balance between achieving high colour strength whilst at the same keeping viscosity at a low enough level to keep printability high.

Cureflex has achieved this demanding balance and has proven itself to be a standout product for label production using the UV Flexo process. The dominant features of the product are its high colour strength at low viscosity which gives excellent flow characteristics right throughout the colour range, even including the more difficult shades.

Cureflex has been proven to give excellent results on a very wide range of substrates including paper, synthetic films, foils and direct thermal and thermal transfer applications. Compared to the bulk of products available, Cureflex gives off very low odour and has low taint properties.

The introduction of Cureflex is also designed to meet the increasing trend for UV Flexo printers to adopt Anilox rolls with very fine line counts where the need for high strength and low viscosity ink is vital to meet the demands of today’s marketplace.
