A
key part of our quest to be “The first
choice for Label Inks” for the Asia Pacific
region is to provide a very high quality of
technical support to the products we provide.
To do that we have developed three layers of
technical support, each of which integrates
seamlessly with the other to give our customers
the type of support they need and can readily
access.
Our first line of support is with the quality
control laboratory we have in place in Melbourne
and the state of the art testing equipment we
have on hand. Using this facility means we can
quickly investigate on-site any issues with
product performance that may arise and also
evaluate any new projects that our customers
may be involved in.
The second level of support is through our
Technical Manager who will be available to visit
customers to help with any technical issues
and to work closely with our customers when
they are evaluating new projects or entering
new markets.
The third level is with our partner, Inktec
who also has extensive resources and expertise
in this area. In setting up this business we
have worked closely with Inktec to put in place
compatible systems, equipment and test procedures.
This means we are able to work closely together
in areas such as new product development, press
performance issues and other such technical
projects to ensure that all the resources of
the group are available to customers throughout
the Asia Pacific region.
